The Villa has 6 double bed bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, 3 sitting rooms with chimneys, a big dinning room, completely equiped kitchens, a service dining room, approximately a hectare of private park around the Villa including a chapple.
TV; Use of swimming pool; Telephone; Washer; Baby cribs are available upon request; Heating (pay for amount used); Extra change of bed sheets and towels € 8.00; cleaning € 150.00.
Time of arrival from 17.00 to 19.00.

* High season (July, August, Christmas and Easter period)
* Mid season (June and September)
* Low season (all other months)
Prices: from € 2.000 to € 3.700
The weekly rates include water, electricity, cooking gas, weekly change of sheets, parking and use of the swimming pool (open from mid April to end of September). Heating, when necessary, is an additional cost, charged separately; We do not accept pets.

Reservation: A security deposit of 30% of the total cost is necessary to secure your reservation, payable with a postal order or direct-bank deposit. The outstanding balance is due at time of arrival. Payment can be made in cash or check.
Cancellation: The 30% initial security deposit is non-refundable.
